What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments all through PayPal.

How secure is this store?

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it. If you do not have a PayPal account, simply choose the Credit Card option when you are directed to the Paypal site. It is kind of hard to see at first, but it will be to the left of the PayPal sign in box. Please contact us using the Contact Form or at e-mail address [email protected] if you encounter any difficulties checking out and we will get back to you right away ♥

When will my order ship?

Customer service is extremely important to us, so we make every effort to get your order out to you as fast as humanly possible. After all, you just bought some fantastic vintage and now you can't wait to get it, right!

Orders placed Monday - Friday

Orders will be shipped the following business day after receipt of payment.

Orders placed Saturday or Sunday

Orders received after 11:00 am CST on Saturday will be shipped Monday morning ♥

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not regularly offer international shipping at this time. Due to the breakable nature of most of our items and the outrageously high cost of shipping internationally, it is generally not cost effective. However, if you are an international customer and see something that you just can't possibly imagine living without, please feel free to use the contact form to request an international shipping quote (be sure to include your location with post code). We will only ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail with insurance and tracking so please be aware that it will cost at least $20 or so for shipping even the lightest of items (i.e. 1 lb. box).

What is your return policy?

All items are sold 'As Is' and we do the best we can to describe items accurately and note any major defects (and usually the very minor ones as well). All items are vintage, many are used, and most will have some signs of wear accordingly. Thus, we do allow returns but shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. The only time shipping costs will be refunded are if an item has been grossly misrepresented (i.e. measurements were incorrect, major damage was not noted).

Of course if you receive an item and you feel that it was not what you were expecting please contact us to discuss the issue right away ♥ Customer service and satisfaction is VERY important to us. We really want you to love your purchase!!!

What do I do if an item arrives broken?

If an item or items in your package arrive broken or otherwise damaged please contact us and let us know within 48 hours ♥ A picture of the broken/damaged item and the packaging it arrived in will be necessary in order to file an insurance claim and begin the refund process. We take great care in packaging your items and breakage or damage is unlikely and not to be expected♥
